Activate the Portal Module on your website and allow registered users to manage Products, Services, Accommodation, Ads, Travel, Real Estate Ads, etc., with your Partners, your Agencies, Agents and your Affiliates.
With the Portal you can create, for example, Agencies users. Agencies will be able to independently enter / manage their Ads, sell directly to end users, receive requests for information or bookings. In the case of a Product Portal (like eBay), all Affiliates / Users registered on the website will be able to independently manage their own Products and receive purchase orders.
All our websites, with NON-ACTIVE Portal Module, allow access to the management panel (CMS) to multiple users simultaneously (Admin stations) for the management, based on the active permissions, of the website contents, of the management of the graphics, Products / Services / Ads placed or to be inserted, accounting, reservations, purchases, etc ..., always as direct administrators or owners / collaborators of the website.
How the portal works
1. User options
You can set the options for ads to be posted by users: active forms, number of ads, immediate publication or after verification of the announcement.
You can also manage the texts that the user will see on the page or on the registration email.
2. Access levels
You can create infinite levels of user access.
For each level, you can choose which sections users will be able to access or manage by enabling and disabling the functions and access to the modules.
In a tourist portal you can create a Basic account with which the user can enter and manage a single accommodation facility.
You will be able to create a second Premium level account with the possibility of inserting infinite structures.
3. User management
Access the Cms, Users section, to manage the registered users, modify the access data, change the level, send the files, communications or email.
The user can register at the Portal by filling out the special form, or you can register by assigning the access credentials.
Login to the site to access your reserved area.
3. Reserved area
The user accesses his own reserved area to manage personal data, orders or reservations, communications, files and invoices.
4. Ad management
From your reserved area you can manage your ads based on the credentials assigned and based on the active modules (travel, accommodation, products, companies, car ads, etc.)
